If you want to terminate your service, log in to MyGoMo, and under the “Account Details” section, you can follow the process for termination.

If you’ve changed your mind, simply log in to MyGoMo, go to the “Account Details” section, and cancel the termination request before the scheduled termination and service disconnection date.
