How do I deactivate roaming in areas of the Republic of Cyprus outside the effective control of the Government? – GoMo

You can deactivate it by:

Sending an SMS with “ROC OFF” to 8040.
Using your MyGoMo account, under “Account Details”, and selecting “Manage Mobile Services”.
