Terms of participation in GoMo’s April 2025 competition “Go GoMo & enter the draw for one Apple iPhone 16e”

1. This competition (“Competition“), is run by Epic Ltd (HE141156) (“Epic“) trading as GoMo (trade name registration number EE59153) (“GoMo”). The terms of the Competition are outlined below. Your participation to the Competition implies your unconditional acceptance of these terms and the Terms and Conditions of GoMo Plan.

2. Competition / Participation to the Competition / Prize:
   1. The Competition will run from the 11^th of April 2025 until the 23^rd of April 2025 (“Competition Period”).
   2. To participate in the Competition, you must successfully proceed with an application to connect to the GoMo mobile plan within the Competition Period.
   3. Participants who cancel their application to connect to the GoMo mobile plan up to the Draw Date will be automatically disqualified from the Competition.
   4. Upon successful application, you will automatically enter a draw, which will determine 1 (one) winner, who will win one device APPLE IPHONE 16e 128GB BLK (“Prize”). The draw will also determine 3 (three) runners-up.
   5. Every successful connection of a GoMo number, correlates to one participation to the Competition 1 (one) time.
   6. If you meet the criteria mentioned in these terms, you automatically enter into the draw which will take place on the 14^th of May 2025 (“Draw Date”)
   7. To win and collect the Device in question you must have activated your GoMo plan connection. If on the Draw Date, the winner’s GoMo plan connection is inactive, the winner must take steps to activate the GoMo plan connection within 5 (five) days of the Draw Date.
   8. The Prize is specific, strictly personal and cannot be redeemed for money, nor exchanged for any other gift or product.

3. Right to Participate in the Competition:

1. 1. Such persons must be permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus, have reached the age of 18, on the date of their participation in the Competition, and have legal capacity to participate.

4. Exclusion of Participants:
   1. The following categories of persons are excluded from participating in the Competition:
      • Epic employees,
      • employees of representatives and/or associates and/or any authorized legal entities appointed by Epic for the implementation of this Competition,
      • first-degree relatives as well as the spouses of the abovementioned persons, and
      • those who use a pseudonym or provide false data during their application for connection to the GoMo plan, and/or who do not provide to GoMo the requested details for the activation of their connection.
   2. Disqualification may be made at any stage of the Competition, even at the stage of delivery/acceptance of the Prize.
   3. GoMo reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any entry submitted in an irregular manner and/or which is linked to offensive content, to reject entries that violate these terms, as well as to cancel subsequently entries that do not comply with these terms.

5. Receipt of the Prize:

• 1. The winner will be informed by GoMo via telephone to the number provided by participant in their application to connect to the GoMo mobile plan.
  2. In case of non-response or non-acceptance of the Prize by a winner within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the above notification or non-completion of the requirement as per clause 2(g) above, the Prize will be given to the next runner-up, as he has emerged from the relevant draw (and so on).
  3. The winner’s name and/or photo of acceptance of the Prize will be posted on Epic’s accounts on Instagram and Facebook, provided the winner has given his/her consent.

6. GoMo will not be liable for any failure, error, omission or inaccuracy in transmitting, receiving and registering participation or any failure to deliver the Prize, which is due to force majeure or the actions of third parties.

7. Information on Personal Data Processing:

• 1. The personal data provided to Epic (“Data”) will be used by Epic only for the purposes of the Competition and for the purpose of providing mobile telephony service through the GoMo plan. While processing the Data, Epic will apply appropriate technical and organizational data protection measures and will not transmit them to any third parties.
  2. The Data will be kept by Epic for as long as necessary, for the purpose of awarding the Prize and in accordance with the Privacy Policy as set out in the GoMo website.
  3. It is noted that the winner reserves the right to: access, correct or delete his/her Data, or restrict the processing of the Data which concerns him/her, object to the processing of the Data, as well as the portability of the Data, in accordance with the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of such Data, Law of 2018 (L.125(I)2018).

8. GoMo reserves the right to revoke the promotion for the Competition or to modify its terms at any time and without notice.
