GoMo Plan – Terms and Conditions
- The Plan is available to you if you are a new GoMo subscriber who either (i) will proceed with the request of a new GoMo mobile telephony number, or (ii) proceed with the portability of your mobile telephony number from another telecommunication provider and subscribe to GoMo’s mobile telephony plan.
- The Plan is not available (i) for transfer of numbers from an Epic mobile telephony subscription plan and (ii) to legal entities.
- Our 5G network has over 90% population coverage and over 60% geographical coverage. We continually invest in our network to expand our population and geographical coverage.
- A 5G enabled device must be used in order to enjoy our 5G network. If your device is not 5G enabled, your device will connect to other technologies available on our network (e.g. 4G). If you are in a location not covered by our 5G network, your device will automatically switch to the available network and reconnect to our 5G network once the device is in a location with 5G coverage.
- Our estimated attainable 5G download speed is 50Mbs. Our estimated maximum attainable 4G download internet speed is 10Mbs.
- For 5G GoMo plans the fair use limit is 100GB. If you exceed this limit in a calendar month, we consider that other users are likely to be adversely affected. If your use of data exceeds this fair use limit, the maximum speed for data usage may be reduced for the remainder of that calendar month. The data speed reduction will have no impact on browsing, sending/receiving emails or using messaging applications, but services demanding higher bandwidths (e.g. streaming in HD or higher, downloading large files) will probably be affected.
- You must use GoMo’s services for private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only. This plan is designed for use in devices which can use all plan benefits (voice, SMS and data). We offer plans and services for use in other devices such as dongles, routers etc. We monitor subscribers’ use of the Services to identify whether a subscriber uses the Services in accordance with these terms and our policies and to monitor network performance. We may implement measures to manage the traffic across its network in exceptional circumstances (i) to prevent impending network congestion and/or (ii) to mitigate the effects of any exceptional or temporary network congestion and/or (iii) to preserve the integrity and security of our networks, services, or equipment and/or (iv) to ensure that the service you receive is not affected by a minority of users generating high network demand (e.g. large bandwidths over long periods of time). In such circumstances or if you do not use the services in accordance with these terms, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reduce the speed available to you and take other appropriate measures.
- In accordance with the “Roam Like At Home” Regulation, a fair usage policy applies, with a 14GB limit on the volume of data you can use for free while roaming within the EU. After reaching the above limit, you will be able to continue using data at additional charges (roaming charges apply as set out in our website) until your available credit limit is used up. You have the option to reset your credit limit via MyGoMo until you use €50 + VAT in data while roaming, which is the monthly threshold set by EU Regulations.
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the terms of your mobile telephony subscription, and any additional services and offers you may enjoy.

Terms and Conditions of “GoMo Offer – €9.99 for new subscribers”
- The “GoMo Offer – €9.99 for new subscribers” (the “Offer”), is available from 13/01/2026 until 02/03/2026 (the “Offer Period”) for successfully activated subscribers who have applied for the GoMo Plan within the Offer Period.
- During the Offer Period, the successfully activated subscribers, will enjoy the GoMo mobile telephony plan with a monthly fee of €9.99 per month forever, provided that their line remains continuously active with the GoMo plan. All out of bundle charges will be charged in accordance with the applicable charges as these are outlined in GoMo’s terms and conditions and GoMo’s pricing page.
- The Offer is available to you if you are a new GoMo subscriber who either will (i) proceed with the request of a new GoMo mobile telephony number, or (ii) proceed with the portability of your mobile telephony number from another telecommunication provider and subscribe to GoMo’s mobile telephony plan.
- The Offer and Plan are not available to (i) subscribers to an Epic mobile telephony subscription plans and (ii) legal entities.
- The terms and conditions of the Offer apply in parallel and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of the GoMo mobile telephony service, and the terms and conditions of the GoMo plan. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Offer, and the terms and conditions of the GoMo mobile service and the terms and conditions of your subscription plan, the terms of this Offer shall prevail.
- GoMo reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer, at any time. The new terms and conditions will be published at GoMo website.

1. We will use our best endeavours to provide quality services in accordance with the Electronic Communications Service Quality Regulation of 2005 as amended or replaced from time to time by the Commissioner for the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services. However, due to the nature of telecommunications, the quality and coverage of the services, partly depends on your equipment, partly from our network and partly from other providers and other telecommunications networks which connects or with which it uses to connect to our network.
2. Without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions of the services, in the event that our services fail to comply with the relevant provisions of the quality service regulations which is our fault, you must file a complaint and you may be compensated by us and/or terminate your services without payment of the administrative termination fee. The type and the amount of your remuneration is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the time when your services were unavailable, and corresponds to 1/30 of the monthly service charge for each day the services were not available and may not be higher from the monthly fee for (1) month.
3. Events that may constitute non-availability of services not due to our liability are the following (included but not limited to):
a. Damage caused to our network by others.
b. Damage caused outside our network but affecting our network.
c. When there is no availability of the services due to our scheduled works.
d. You are not cooperating in time with us or our staff or if you are not taking any pending actions.
e. Force majeure and/or other events, acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
f. Any other action, not controlled by us (indicatively but not limited to non-observance of deadlines by third parties, lack of materials
on the market, etc.).
g. Damage caused by your terminal equipment.
h. When a malfunction has been reported but we cannot detect it after a check.
i. When your use of the services is not in accordance with the terms of service.
j. When the use of the services is not in accordance with national and international regulations.
k. Lack of available network resources or if necessary network extension.
l. When we offer you an alternative.
GoMo – Termination Terms
- The termination of your service will occur on the last day of the month in which termination is requested.
- You can revoke your request for termination of the service at any time before the 23:50 on the last day of the month in which the termination is requested. After termination you will be unable to use any of the GoMo services for the terminated number.
- You acknowledge that with the facilitation of this request, your GSM number will be deactivated, terminated and may be assigned to another person.
- We shall proceed with your request in a timely manner, in accordance with our policies and procedures, and accept no liability for any losses or damages caused to you as a result of following your instructions.
