We announce that on 18/06/2025, clause 23 of the subscription contract for the GoMo plan is amended, regarding to the ways in which subscribers can communicate with us in relation to their plan. The amendment made is for the benefit of customers.

GOMO privacy policy has been updated. The policy describes how GOMO collects, uses, stores and shares your personal data. It also describes the rights that you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Through this update, we continue to provide transparency to our data processing activities, in line with an evolving privacy landscape.

The following updates have been made:

  • the language has been clarified and thus made easier to read, and
  • addition of provisions relating to the identification of mobile phone holders’ service (prepaid registration).

Change in charges to the 11800 directory enquiry service: From 1 March 2025 (“Effective Date”), the following charges will apply for calls to Primetel’s Directory Enquiry Service (11800), as defined by the provider of the service.

Charge per call €1.10
Additional charge €0.11 per 15 seconds
